We don't leave you stranded.  When your vehicle is in for service, we will gladly drop you off and pick you up.

Need a tow to the shop?  Call us and we'll handle it from there, including billing.  For off-hour Emergency service call Scotty's Wrecker Service at 972.245.4476.

Parking fills up quickly from early morning drop-offs.  We recommend parking in the main center lot or behind the building when spaces in front of the office are full.  Please park in a designated space.  Parking on the red fire line may result in an expensive ticket!

My thanks to Coppell Tire and Auto! I was introduced to this shop by a co-worker who recommended them. I took him up on the recommendation several years ago and have been coming here ever since. Shannon, Brad, and Margaret make it easy….I can bring my car in before work, they'll take me to the office, and pick me up when my car is ready. I had a "check engine" light on my Acura TSX, and Coppell Tire & Auto got me fixed up with no problems!

Another local shop gave me a quote to replace a damaged radiator and coolant temp sensor, but Shannon and his crew found out I also needed another part replaced - even with extra parts and labor, it still ended up costing me about $250 less than I would've paid the first shop!

They even repaired the damaged sensor connector so I wouldn't have to buy a whole new wire harness - super savings! I DEFINITELY recommend Coppell Tire & Auto and will go back to them in the future.

Had a power steering problem, knew it was a leaky hose. I took it to Goodyear only because it's close to work and I can walk from there. Goodyear estimate was $1700 which included a new pump and rack/ pinion steering. Crazy. I knew I had to get back to Coppell Tire & A, they treated me right before and gave me a ride to work. So, I took my car back there and sure enough, it only needed to replace a leaky hose and other minor stuff, no pump...$250 ....not $1700.

We heard about this amazing company through a friend who has used them many times. We have since used them twice! They are honest (most importantly!), quick and extremely reasonable on prices! So happy to have a "go to" place now for our cars that we can trust!!!

I have a 2002 Mitsibuishi Eclipse. I have used their services twice. What I experienced both times was knowledgable, professional, honest, and thorough care for my car. I had my first experience today at Coppell Tire & Auto. I have a prius and after getting a "failed" certificate for my throttle body and a "yellow" certificate on serpentine (belt) drive from the dealer, I went to have this validated. After about 30 minutes, Shannon said that both checked out fine. There were only hair line on the serpentine belt and have good life left and the throttle body didn't need any cleanup. That is the difference between this shop and the Texas Toyota at Grapevine Dealership. They speak as it is and are honest. Before I came to this country, my mentor said I will need only two people to have a good life in the USA, an honest mechanic and an honest lawyer. I am still looking for an honest lawyer... :-). Keep this up Shannon and team!

These guys are great. That is a real compliment because, my Dad was a mechanic & my Brother too! They would have called this place as being one of the very few good old boys out there. I have to agree with that completely!

Friends of mine have raved about this place for years. My old mechanic is too hard to get to with hours that are impossible (m-f -5) and these guys are open on Saturdays. So, with that in mind, I tried them this Saturday. I have a nine year old car with various ailments and I truly expected a $400 bill. They got me in and out very quickly and it was all of $56!!!!!!! As a non-mechanical female, I can tell you that they made me feel like they listened respectfully, were mindful of budgets, and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I am still flabbergasted at how great a deal they were and am ready for them to take care of me and my car going forward.
